Insulating materials: PUR, PIR.
1. Pre-painted galvanized steel sheet, according to EN 10143, EN 10346 and EN 10169 current editions. Coatings may differ in according to customer’s requirement: polyester, PVC, PVDF. Micro-profiles: STANDARD.
2. Core: Polyurethane foam PUR or PIR.
3. Sealing gasket: provides good thermal insulation and the joints’ tightness.
4. Self-drilling screw with pulley and EPDM gasket.
5. Metal cap with gasket.
With wide fields of applicability - industrial, commercial, agro-zootechnical buildings, sports or logistics centers, warehouses, - TeraSteel thermal insulation roof panels are the perfect solution for roofs.
The standard length of the panels is between 2 and 13.5 m. Panels up to a maximum of 15 m or shorter than 2 m can be made only with prior consultation of the technical department.
All TeraSteel products are applicable to the CE marking and comply with the requirements of the regulations in force.

Packing
IsoAc5 RS PUR/PIR thermal insulating panels are packed by size and colour, directly on the production line and are protected with expandable foil in PE, to avoid any damage of the pre-painted sides. The number of panels in each package depends on their length and thickness.
