ISOPERa thermal insulating wall panels with hidden fixings represent an excellent solution to satisfy the most demanding aesthetic requirements.

ISOPERa panels are recommended for industrial and commercial buildings where the aesthetic aspect is very important. The walls with hidden fixings have the ends of the fixing elements concealed and on the sections installed horizontally are foreseen with dummy joints.

These sandwich panels are manufactured in Romania.

1. Pre-painted galvanized steel sheet,according to EN 10143,EN 10346 and EN 10169 current editions. Coatings maydiffer in according to customer’s requirement: polyester,PVC, PVDF. Micro-profiles: STANDARD, PLISSE, LIS. 

2. Core: Polyurethane foam PUR or PIR. 

3. Sealing gasket: provides good thermal insulation andthe joints’ tightness. Panels of thicknesses D=30 and 40mm are delivered with no sealing gasket. On request, the40mm panel can be delivered with sealing gasket. 

4. Self-drilling screw with pulley and EPDM gasket.

ISOPERa  wall sandwich panels can be mounted both horizontally and vertically. For these types of construction solutions, the joints between the panels are hidden from view, improving the aesthetic value of the building.

Pre-cutting panels

Pre-cutting of panels (cutting the bottom steel sheet and foam core) can be performed directly in the factory.

Removing the foam core and the bottom steel sheet from the area that is going to be overlapped shall be performed on site.

In order to achieve pre-cutting, the minimum length of the panels shall be 5 m.

Metal faces

The steel sheet faces (0,4 ÷ 0,6mm) of the thermal insulating panel are made of two hot-dipped pre-painted galvanized steel sheetsupport layers - grade minimum S250GD, (according to EN 10143, EN 10346 and EN 10169). Coatings may differ in according tocustomer’s requirement: polyester, PVC, PVDF.
