It is a construction located in a crowded peri-urban area on a small buildable space, which successfully combines functionality and aesthetics.

With a floor area of ​​1,000 m2, 1,400 m2 of wall sandwich panels with 100 mm thick PIR insulation material and 1,200 m2 of roof sandwich panels with 150 mm thick PIR insulation material were used, as well as the necessary accessories assembly.
