KingZip SF is an exterior metal sheet designed for roofs, walls, and ceilings, both insulated and uninsulated. This innovative component offers an integrated architectural solution with no visible joints, ideal for complex projects and three-dimensional geometries. KingZip Linea is used to create building envelopes with total flexibility and functionality in 2D shaped sheets. The sheets can be straight, conical, concave, convex, or combine several types of curves to perfectly adapt to the architectural shapes of the building.
Our 2D building envelopes offer complete design flexibility. KingZip Linea can be manufactured in a conical or gently curved shape, up to a convex radius of 5 m. The product is available in coverage widths ranging from 250 mm to 500 mm and provides advanced structural, thermal, acoustic, and fire resistance performance. It also stands out for its exceptional weather resistance and high long-term durability.
The application is specially designed for use on roofs and walls.
The type of metal can vary, with options such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, zinc, zinc-titanium, and brass available.
The fastening method involves a concealed, self-supporting metal sheet, so that the fasteners are minimally visible.
The system is suitable for curved applications, allowing a minimum convex curvature of 2 m and a minimum concave curvature of 6 m.

Fastening system
The fastening method is concealed, and the sheets are mechanically sewn on site using a zipper-type sewing machine compatible with the KingZip system.
Acoustic performance
A typical KingZip system configuration will have a weighted noise reduction of approximately 36 dB and can achieve up to 50 dB with additional layers of mass.
Fire performance
KingZip systems have undergone extremely rigorous testing to ensure that they not only meet regulatory standards, but exceed them by far.

Packing
KingZip Linea is molded on site using mobile installations that can be placed anywhere in the world.
This unique feature allows your design requirements to be met in terms of aesthetics, specifications, performance, and construction.
Upon delivery from the factory, KingZip sheets are packaged in bundles that can weigh approximately 3 tons.
Bundles up to 10 meters in length can be easily unloaded with a forklift, while longer bundles require cranes.
