Main characteristics
PUR foam sandwich panels offer high structural strength, thanks to the rigid polyurethane core, which ensures stability and resistance to deformation.
They are impermeable to air and moisture, requiring minimal maintenance effort, which contributes to reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Due to their low weight, assembly is quick and easy, and the wide range of profiles and colors allows for harmonious integration into the architectural design of the building.
Accessories
Self-tapping screws – Ensure firm fastening in each fold, with metal caps for better sealing.
Sealing tape – Applied to the last fold of the panel, it is vapor-permeable and waterproof.
Butyl/silicone tape – Installed at butt joints to prevent infiltration.
Flashing profiles – Cover the edges of the roof and are fastened with screws or pop rivets (minimum 3 pcs/ml).
Packing
The panels are delivered in packages wrapped in stretch film, on polystyrene supports. The number of panels in the package varies depending on the dimensions (thickness, length) and customer requirements, within the limits imposed by the manufacturing technology.
Wall panels are stacked in the package with the outer face (the blue film indicates the outer face for panel installation) facing up.
The packages have instructions on the minimum installation requirements and identification labels containing product characteristics: quantity, recipient, date of manufacture.
