The ISOPERa MW LS panels (manufactured in TeraSteel D.O.O. Serbia) are thermal insulation wall panels with hidden fastening and mineral wool core, developed for projects that impose high requirements for fire safety, durability and high-quality aesthetic finish.

The mineral wool insulation core offers excellent resistance to high temperatures, without burning or emitting toxic gases, ensuring increased protection in the event of a fire and superior comfort in operation. 

The robust structure and hidden fastening design allow for harmonious integration into modern architectural projects, while maintaining energy efficiency and the tightness of the construction.

ISOPERa MW LS panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, depending on the specifics of the construction, but we recommend vertical i installation for optimal performance.

Ideal applications: industrial buildings for production and storage, logistics centers, commercial spaces, agricultural and livestock constructions and any other type of project that requires a high degree of fire protection.

It is important that the solution is adapted to the specific requirements of each project.

Details

Main characteristics

Mineral wool sandwich panels are ideal construction solutions for projects where fire safety, sound insulation and structural stability at high temperatures are essential.

With its high density, mineral wool provides excellent acoustic insulation, and its structure provides increased resistance to compression and vibrations.

Although they are heavier than other types of panels, they can be handled and installed efficiently, and the diverse range of profiles and colors allows for aesthetic and functional integration into the building design.​​​​​​

Accessories

The screws are selected according to the nature of the structure to which they are fixed, the type and thickness of the panels. The number of fastening screws shall be 3 per 1 m width of the panel (one in the middle and two at the ends). For panels with concealed fastenings, the concealed edge shall be fastened with at least one screw at each intermediate support, and the ends shall be fastened outside the concealed screw with two additional screws, which shall be concealed afterwards.

Flashing profiles:
For joints between panels or around openings, use sheet metal profiles, fixed with at least 3 pop rivets/ml, for an aesthetic finish and additional protection.​​

Packing

The panels are delivered in packages wrapped in stretch film, on polystyrene supports. The number of panels in the package varies depending on the dimensions (thickness, length) and customer requirements, within the limits imposed by the manufacturing technology.

Wall panels are stacked in the package with the outer face (the blue film indicates the outer face for panel installation) facing up.

The packages have instructions on the minimum installation requirements and identification labels containing product characteristics: quantity, recipient, date of manufacture.​​
