The ISOAC5 MW LS panels (manufactured in TeraSteel D.O.O. Serbia) are thermal insulation roof panels with 5 reinforcement ribs and mineral wool insulating core, designed to meet the high requirements of fire safety, thermal insulation and mechanical resistance.

The structure with 5 ribs ensures excellent rigidity, and the mineral wool core contributes to the stability of the construction, while providing an effective fire barrier. 

Mineral wool does not burn or release toxic gases in the event of a fire, thus providing increased protection and comfort in long-term operation. 

The panels are recommended for roofs with a slope greater than 7% and are suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
 
Recommended applications: production halls, storage spaces, logistics centers, shopping centers, agro-zootechnical buildings and other constructions that require increased fire resistance.
 
Each project must be analyzed individually to ensure compatibility with technical and architectural requirements.​​

Main characteristics

Mineral wool sandwich panels are ideal construction solutions for projects where fire safety, sound insulation and structural stability at high temperatures are essential.

With its high density, mineral wool provides excellent acoustic insulation, and its structure provides increased resistance to compression and vibrations.

Although they are heavier than other types of panels, they can be handled and installed efficiently, and the diverse range of profiles and colors allows for aesthetic and functional integration into the building design.​​​​

Accessories

Self-tapping screws – Ensure firm fastening in each fold, with metal caps for better sealing.
 
Sealing tape – Applied to the last fold of the panel, it is vapor-permeable and waterproof.
 
Butyl/silicone tape – Installed at butt joints to prevent infiltration.
 
Flashing profiles – Cover the edges of the roof and are fastened with screws or pop rivets (minimum 3 pcs/ml).​​

Packing

The panels are delivered in packages wrapped in stretch film, on polystyrene supports. The number of panels in the package varies depending on the dimensions (thickness, length) and customer requirements, within the limits imposed by the manufacturing technology.

Wall panels are stacked in the package with the outer face (the blue film indicates the outer face for panel installation) facing up.

The packages have instructions on the minimum installation requirements and identification labels containing product characteristics: quantity, recipient, date of manufacture.​​
