PIR foam contributes to construction safety through its stable fire behavior - it does not spread flames and does not support combustion - providing added protection and comfort in operation.

Thanks to the 5 rigidifying ribs, they offer high mechanical resistance, and projects can be made more efficient by optimizing the support structure of the panels.

Intended for roofs with a slope greater than 7%, ISOAC5 RF panels can be used in a wide variety of constructions, easily adapting to the architectural and functional requirements of each project.

Recommended applications: industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics centers, commercial halls, agricultural and livestock buildings, gyms, small constructions (e.g. car washes, annexes, storage spaces) and many others.

Each application must be checked according to the individual project requirements

Main characteristics

PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam sandwich panels stand out for their excellent performance in terms of fire resistance, thermal insulation and structural resistance at high temperatures.

Due to their high energy efficiency, they are the optimal solution for buildings that require high insulation standards.

The low weight contributes to fast and efficient transportation and assembly, and the variety of profiles and colors allows for aesthetic and functional integration into the building architecture.

Accessories

Self-tapping screws – Ensure firm fastening in each fold, with metal caps for better sealing.

Sealing tape – Applied to the last fold of the panel, it is vapor-permeable and waterproof.

Butyl/silicone tape – Installed at butt joints to prevent infiltration.

Flashing profiles – Cover the edges of the roof and are fastened with screws or pop rivets (minimum 3 pcs/ml).

Packing

The panels are delivered in packages wrapped in stretch film, on polystyrene supports. The number of panels in the package varies depending on the dimensions (thickness, length) and customer requirements, within the limits imposed by the manufacturing technology.

Wall panels are stacked in the package with the outer face (the blue film indicates the outer face for panel installation) facing up.

The packages have instructions on the minimum installation requirements and identification labels containing product characteristics: quantity, recipient, date of manufacture.
